Multiple inboxes after pst file import

I’m a new eMClient user but have used Outlook for years. After importing the pst file from Outlook 2013 I wound up with three different inboxes for only one email address, and they are not identical. Additionally, new mail does not come into the inbox where my file structure is located. Should I remove all my account data and pst files and start over? What is the sequence I should use, email account first or pst file first. Which folder should the pst file be imported to, and any other specifics would be very helpful. I use only POP3 email, very poor internet and can not use IMAP.
