Since the last update when I have an email selected to view and then go to delete it or move it, several emails get selected with it.
Found the answer myself. Seems to be an issue with the Swipe feature. Turned both off(swipe-right,swipe-left) and problem went away.

Are you using a touch screen? If so, with the swipe features on, so it reproduces the issue, how are you deleting or moving the message?
No, it is on my laptop which does not have a touch screen. If I had an email selected then went to the delete button just moving the mouse seems to have caused it to select multiple emails then delete them if I did notice it doing it. I turned off the Touch Screen settings and the issue went away so far.
