Free validation key not received by email from eMClient.

Despite going through the process correctly (SIX times) to obtain an email from eMClient with a validation key for the Free licence they have not sent one.  The email address is identical to the one they have in their records and no email in Inbox/Spam/Junk etc…!?    Anyone know how I can fix this please?  Thank you  Roger

You can have a copy of the license key resent by entering the registered address at

As long as the license was not cancelled due to a license violation, it should be sent to that address. 

Maybe you used a different address. Try registering a new Free License at If the email address is not on file, it will allow you to register using that one. Otherwise, you can always register a new Free License using a different email address.
