cannot send emails
More info please. error messages?
We are not able to send emails and when we try to delete one email, a second one disappears also. There is a pop up that suggests that we check our settings. We have, and they are correct.

Try turning off you anti virus software and see if you can send. If you can, then you will have to configure an exception in your AV software for mailclient.exe
