Is it possible to install emclient on googledrive so that it is in the cloud instead of on a local computer?

No the main program its only designed to be installed on a local internal hard-disk.
Also the hidden database storage location should also be on an internal drive “to avoid any possibly corruption”.
Google Drive and other Cloud drives is normally used in eM Client for eg: sending “very large Cloud file attachments” or as a "secondary backup location incase your internal hard-disk crashes and you had to restore eM Client.
