I just wanted to share how amazing eM Client has been for me. However, I have a feature request that I believe would enhance its functionality. It would be great to have an option that allows users to move all emails from a specific account into a designated folder, rather than having to set up multiple rules for different accounts. This feature is similar to Outlook’s ability to select a default PST and folder for all received mail.
Do you mean that if an email is from a specific account it will always be sent to the same folder, regardless of which of your accounts is sent to? If so, that’s how local rules work.
Creating local rules for multiple accounts can be tricky, especially when dealing with BCC or group emails! Since your email address won’t be visible in those cases, you might consider setting up a generalized rule that looks for keywords in the subject or body of emails that you expect from those accounts.
Another option is to filter emails based on the account they are sent to…! This way, even if your address isn’t in the To or CC fields, you can still organize them effectively.
