using em Client on mobile phone on both my android and iphone, some mail accounts not all would go into “offline mode” and a red exclamation mark is shown. Is there any way to put these mail accounts to stay “online” mode and avoid that em Client sets offline mode. I am trying to prepare for some conferences and this isnt helping my situation.
If this happens on mobile cell data or wifi using Android or iPhone and only works sometimes, then could be a eg: mail server random problem or a mail settings issue or even something running resident on the mobile devices.
So when you get the error in the mobile client, press “Menu / Settings / Show Operations” press the “Errors and Logs tabs” and see if there is any obvious error messages. Then hold your finger on them and a copy to clipboard will appear.
Then paste the errors in this thread and we might then be able to see what’s causing that. Blank out anything personal in the errors.
Also update what version of the mob apps you are using incase you have an outdated version.
