Missing Outlook folders

Hello, I am within my 30 days trial before deciding whether to purchase Em Client subscription.
So far I like it but I have a problem: my main email account is on Outlook.com. I have correctly configured it but some folders are missing. I have tried to delete and re configure my account but no luck. I have also tried to add it as an Exchange account but it always gives me an authentication error, no matter what password I use (real password or one-time passwords).
Is there a way to fix this? I’ve been on Apple mail so far (I am on a Mac running Tahoe) and it works. Thank you

As you are still within your 30days trial and removing and readding your Outlook account didn’t help, then suggest to email [email protected] for assistance.

If you have just added and account it could be eg: “you just have to wait a bit longer” till those Outlook folders appear depending on the size of your mailbox.

You can “click the dropdown” on the right of Refresh top left and click “Show Operations” to see if it’s still synching folders etc.
