Missing license manager information (group, username, password)

Our company owned several pro licenses with lifetime upgrade and we successfully received the e-mail with the activation key.

However, within this e-mail there was no information about the login for your license manager. I saw a lot of questions here in this forum concerning this problem and you always answered, that these information have to come within the licence e-mail for pro licenses. As I said before, we received that e-mail, but there was no information in it (despite our license name and activation key, of course). There is only this text passage:

"To manage these licenses, please use our licensing system. There you can find all relevant information about your licenses and you can deactivate and reactivate particular user’s license.

Our licensing system can be found at: http://licensing.emclient.com"

Do I overlook something? Or could you just send me that e-mail with the license manager information again?

Hello, the login credentials should be included in the message including your activation key and information about activating your license, however if you’re unable to see it, I’ve manually re-submitted your license details to your e-mail based on your registration email here on the forum - you should receive this information soon.

Hello, thank you very much! I’ve received the re-submitted e-mail and this time all the information are included right before the “What to do next?” passage. I don’t know, why they weren’t included in the other e-mail.
