I just installed eM Client and 11 of my 74 contacts from my iCloud account have failed to be imported/included.
I am experiencing similar issues with individual phone numbers, or emails. I am not aware of any contact that got lost completely (5000 contacts). However, I discovered several contacts where a phone number , email or other entry got lost in the process-
