Missing email in eM but not in office 365

When I am in eM I will sometime have an email not show up in the inbox any more but when I log into office 365 it is still there. What is the issue?

can you check what size are the emails that are not appearing in eM Client? Also please turn on Exchange Web Services logs in Tools > Settings > Advanced section and after restarting eM Client and resynchronizing your inbox, go back and Send the logs to me (rust@emclient.com) with a link to this forum thread in the body.
