I have 3 gmail accounts and 1 outlook account in my system. When I send from the gmail accounts, it is using the correct “sending” email, but when I send from the outlook account, it is using one of the gmail email addresses and the outlook address does not appear on the drop down list. Help please.

Sounds like you don’t have AirSync enabled.
Click “Menu / Accounts” and click your Outlook account in the left. Then click the “General Tab” and you should have IMAP, SMTP and AirSync enabled. If it’s not, enable and save settings.
