Missing Email Accounts and Lost Contacts

We have a client who contacted us to report their email accounts were missing in the eM Client, the issue was password related although the client denies changing the password. The accounts have been restored but they are now unable to see any contacts, are the contacts stored locally, if so where? they are also unable to send emails to multiple clients.

They are using version 7.2.40748.0

MENU > General > General > Select “Show local folders”

Suggest you advise your client that they are using an OLD version of eMC. Current version is 9.x
