Missing e-mails from inbox

This issue started within the last 2 days…

My inbox’s (both smart and regular) will show e-mails from the last few minutes and some from 2013 / 2014… Everything else is gone…

If I stop and restart EM Client usually they all reappear… but within less than an our they will disappear again…

I have changed nothing in settings at all… no updates that I am aware of…

Any ideas?

What type of account is it (Hotmail, Gmail, Outlook.com, etc.)?  What protocol are you using (IMAP, Exchange, etc.)?

Its an e-mail service through powweb.com (our site host)
We are using IMAP…

If nothing changed on the client side (e.g., no eM Client upgrade), I would check to see if anything on the server side was changed that you are not aware of.
