If they are local phone contacts only in your Android device itself, there is many third party apps if you don’t have one already that will allow you to import and export phone contacts to .vcf (vCard) file on your computer via USB cable to then import into eM Client desktop. I’ve personally used eg: Syncios Free Android Contacts manager backup tool which worked ok for me over the years.

Some local phone contact programs can export directly to .vcf (vCard) file without a third party program so depends on your Android phone contacts software.

If it’s a eg: Samsung phone when in Contacts “Tap the Menu” and select “Manage contacts”, and tap “Import / Export contacts” & Export to a file.

If you use eg: Google Contacts app, “Tap Menu / Fix & Manage” and tap “Export to a file**.

Once you have your phone contacts exported to a .vcf (vCard) file in your phone internal downloads, then copy that file via usb or wifi to your computer and then import those into eM Client via “Menu / File / Import” as per the documentation link below.

https://www.emclient.com/webdocumentation/en/10.3/eMClient/Default.htm#Getting%20Started/Import/Import%20contacts%20from%20VCard%20(.vcf).htm

Alternatively if you have an IMAP, Exchange, Office 365 or iCloud account, then just set your Android phone “to actively sync its contacts to that same online account” in your phone settings.

Your phone contacts will then automatically appear in the Contacts section of eM Client on the desktop and / or mobile app once the acct syncs.
