Is there a way to migrate or synchronize rules such as blacklisted domains across devices or do I have to keep recreating them on each device?
You can’t synchronize but you can copy them. That is done through Menu > File > Export > Export settings to .xml file. Then select only Rules. On the other computer it will be Menu > File > Import.
Some Rules will not work if they refer to folders that don’t exist on the target computer, but the Blacklist certainly will work.
