We’re trying to use eM Client with Dynamics GP 2013. We click on “Make default app” in the eM Client settings but GP still insists on using Outlook when sending emails. Microsoft support informed us that GP works with email apps as long as they are Extended MAPI compliant.
Hi, Unfortunately eM client use only Simple MAPI so unfortunately I can’t provide any help to your issue.
