Messages sit in Outbox unsent

I just found 13 messages sitting in my Outbox. How do I send them?

There will be a reason they were not sent.

Go to Menu > Operations and look for any SMTP errors in the Log tab.
It may be something like your credentials or the recipient address was rejected, or the size exceeds what the provider allows, etc.

Whatever the problem was, it healed overnight. All is well this morning. Thanks for responding.

Sometimes outgoing messages can sit in the outbox for a time if they are eg: being scanned by an “Optional installed Antivirus email scanning program” which then can delay emails going out as normal.

Such program was not knowingly installed. Could it be a “feature” of another installation?

An Optional program could get unknowlingly installed like eg: Malware, Spyware etc, but not normally Antivirus type programs. You would normally have to manually install those type of things.
