Messages in all folders disappear and synchronizes all the folders

I have just downloaded eM client, after creating account messages started downloading in Inbox, sent folder and other folders but later when I restarted eM client all mails in all folder disappears and again starts downloading, I have around 7 thousand mails in my inbox and this is the phenomena each time I start eM client.

Can anybody help me in solving this problem.

Hi,
please send us your IMAP logs - then I will be able to advise you further. Enable IMAP logging for the problematic account in the menu Tools - Settings - Advanced and restart eM Client. Then send us the logs using the same logging settings window. THank you.
