Incoming messages can be found on the server of my ISP as well as on my mobile phone. However, on my PC some of the messages are immediately deleted, I assume by rules I have established on the PC.
When looking at the missing messages: e.g. header, sender, topic, content details; I do not see any reason they should conflict with the established rules. When investigating the rules I filter on the details I expect to be troublesome, but no success.
So is there anyone who could suggest a solution i.e. could tell me how I can analyse my rules better? Rules management seems to be very cumbersome, are there suggestion how better to get an overview of all the rules and not line for line as well as again and again inputting the same filters?

Yes sounds like something in Rules if they are automatically being deleted after receiving.
So suggest to first “disable / uncheck all rules” including the blacklist to then see if your emails stay in your eM Client desktop inbox.
If it then works ok, enable the rules one by one till you find which rule is causing the problem and then update in this thread what you have setup in that specific rule.
Thanks for your reaction. Is there a quick solution to uncheck all rules, instead of the tedious one being one by one unchecking? Thanks on beforehand.
