Message sent to mailing list doesn't show up in Inbox

Hello,

I switched to eM Client after trying different clients and I absolutely love it!

The only two things bugging me are the lack of treads/conversations (which will be fixed in version 5)

and

the fact that the mail I send as a response to a mailing list only shows up in the Sent folder, not in Inbox, which makes the thread even harder to follow.

Can this be fixed in the following version?

Are you using gmail? This is a characteristic of the way gmail handles folders and labels, not specifically eM.

Hmm, it’s weird, really, because I have two gmail accounts (let’s say a@domain.com and b@domain.com) in eM client. What I’ve observed:

a@domain.com behaves like I’ve described
b@domain.com behaves like it should

a@domain.com alone in Thunderbird behaves like it should

I’ll check the label and settings differences between the two accounts, I’ll post a reply here if I find a solution. Thanks for the heads up.

Ok, it was the way Gmail handles emails.

When you send mail to any group or mailing list you subscribe to, Gmail automatically skips your inbox and archives the message to save you time and prevent clutter. The message will appear in your inbox if someone responds to it or if there is an error delivering the message. If you’d like to view your message, you can find it in Sent Mail or All Mail.

So, a filter with the ‘Never send to spam’ tick did the trick.
