Looks like they think the content of your email is Spam.  This doesn’t look like a problem with the eM Client  software.  You need to contact the people at the domain you are trying to send to.  There are probably instructions on how to do that in the email you were sent

Laura, I see that your email address is Gmail (you should have blocked that out really),  :)   have you tried sending the same email via your browser?  My guess is that you would get the same bounce back as it’s something about the content that the remote server doesn’t like.

It was sent from my workplace.  Today is the first day that I am using Emclient.  I also have another email program and it works from that one.  I’m confused.

Could it be that they have “read receipts” activated?

I suppose that’s possible.  It does sound strange though.

I just now figured it out.  The read receipt is not a popup in EmClient as it is in my other email program.  In EmClient it is a clickable link within the email.  I clicked that and then my multiple attempted emails went through.  She will love me haha.  Thank you for your help!
