Message content unavailable. Can't downline files - says im offline.

Content doesn’t downline, with the instructions that they will next time I’m online.  But, I AM ONLINE.  What’s u[?

Did you check that Menu > File > Work Offline is not checked?

Thanks.  1) other mail servers are exchanging messages, 2) when offline, there is a big inidicator on the lower left of the screen that says its offline, and 3) yes, the work offline is not checked.  

I also noticed that there is only one folder that is shown for Gmail, which is the “input”.  Both other clients for Outlook and Mac have lots of subfolders.

And, the log does show that EM thinks that is doing the sync and it shows no errors

Have you been able to receive messages before, or is it like this since you installed eM Client?
