By any chance, is it possible that this attachment exceeds limit set by your mail server provider and in Menu > Tools > Operations > Errors there’s an error message with such description?

Hello, i have the same problem, when i close the software, a message tells than 1 message is not sent and waiting, but i can’t find it in any directory of the mailbox. How can’t i find it ???
There no error in “Operations”

Right-click on Smart Folders and choose Display > Outbox.
You will find the message in the now-visible Smart Folder Outbox.
