Message answer button doesn't work

When using the answer button to a message, there is no response. the same goes for answer all and for send through.

Strange.  I would consider an uninstall and a reinstall.  The uninstall does not delete the data and configuration files, but backup to be safe.

If this does not work, try closing eM Client and deleting the data folder at c:\users[user_name]\Appdata\Roaming\eM Client.  When you reopen eM Client a new database will be created.  Assuming you are using IMAP or Exchange, the data will resync.
