Maps (folders) are lost (gone) after updating Windows. How can I find them back ???
Are you getting any error messages? Could be a system privilige issue. You must have read/write access to c:\users[user_name]\AppData\Roaming\eM Client. navigate to that directory, right-click and select security. You should have full control and it should look like this:
