Manually apply rules on accounts

Currently I can only manually run rules on individual folders (Right click and select Apply Rule from the dropdown). I would like this option for an entire account or at least the Inbox, Sent, Trash and Junk Email folders within the account.

You can use “Select folders” in the Apply rule dialog to select a whole account to apply the rule to.
It is an extra step, but it is possible:
