I recently migrated from MS Outlook POP mail account - and imported local pst file/account.
I done manual archive and eM Client creates additional “Archive account” as it is.
I would like this archive mail as are old not to be shown in the eM Client and to be compressed and placed in separate folder from witch will be imported if needed. This way i will reduce the main mail_data file wich is ~4GB. Is this is possible where is the archive file and archive folder?

Hello Martin, the only way how you could extract the archived emails out of eM Client would be exporting the message using the built-in export feature in File > Export. Unfortunately it is not possible to archive an existing folder from the database separately. You can either backup the whole database or export the items.
