I am having difficulty sending emails via Hotmail. I have selected use these credentials under authentication but nothing changes.
Hi, you should be using identity credentials for a hotmail account, did you use the automatic setup?
can you please go to Tools > Settings > Advanced and turn on AirSync logging for the problematic account? Save the settings and restart the application, when the issue occurs (try sending an email out) and it fails, go back to the advanced settings window and click on “send logs”, please send the logs to [email protected] and please include a reference link to this forum topic.
