Mancanza Add-on AI

I have just purchased an annual subscription license and, at the time of purchase, it was indicated ‘AI Add-on included’. However, when I try to use the AI, the client tells me that I need to purchase the add-on.

Yes if you have purchased eM Client “as a subscription” yes it does include AI Add-on in the Personal and Business subscription versions as per the Pricing page and @Gary post below.

So if you carnt use the AI addon after purchasing the program, it could be your eg: activation key is not right or its not activated in eM Client. So first go to “Menu / Help / License” and make sure it’s activated. If its already activated, then i would go to the VIP Support page and login and lodge a support ticket.
