Make subfolder a separate folder

Is there a way to move a subfolder into it’s own folder ? Thanks

Yes, just drag it to the parent.

So if you have Inbox/1/a, where a is a subfolder of 1, but you want it to be a subfolder of Inbox instead, just drag it to Inbox. Then you will have Inbox/1 and Inbox/a.
