EM client is not showing right in my mail No inboxes or sent folders etc and cant see my other account - just a long list of emails. on top of that my main email is not working. A complete disaster

What OS are you running?
What version of eMC?
Goto menu/operations/logs and errors and copy them here after redacting personal info.
Have you tried re-installing eMC?
