Mail Sync issue

@Olivia_Rust I am planning to purchase the plan for emclient, but facing a lot of issue with email sync.

  • Have good internet speed
  • Enabled Download message Offline
  • No firewall or related apps
  • Red alert keeps showing on email saying server disconnected
  • Even if repaired, doesn’t work
  • Sometimes, mail counts are shown on trash or all mails even if all mails are read. Trash items do not get deleted.

Using MacOS Monterey with Emclient 9.1.2109 (9967b93)

Can you kindly assist with these issues?
