Mail sent from Inbox to Junk Mail

Hi I have noticed an issue I have, that being Mail is being sent from my Inbox to Junk mail, how can I reverse the issue

First thing to check is if you have created any Blacklist Rules. These Rules will move messages based on sender or domain to the Junk Folder. Go to Menu > Rules and see if there is a Blacklist Rule. If there is, you can edit it and see if the sender’s address has been added by mistake. If it has, delete the address.

Also check to see if you have not created any other Rules that move messages to the Junk folder.

A simple test is to untick all the Rules and then see what happens. If messages are still being moved to Junk, then that is being done by your email server, and you will need to change the settings using their web interface.
