When I read and dispose of new email in eM Client the mail remains in my Hotmail inbox as un read mail and piles up. Is There a way that when I delete mail in eM it will also delete in hotmail inbox? Same question for moving mail to a saved folder?

yes, there were some issues with yahoo accounts in the current version. They were fixed and it should work fine (I tested it and it was OK) in the next version of 2.8 which is scheduled to be released at the end of January.
