Usually I can see all the new mails in the Global folder (the first folder in left column). I heard the sound of a new mail, but I could not see it.
I saw there was something looking at “not read” which was bold.
The mail was in a special folder, the right place, further to a rule.
So, my question is:
is it normal that a mail arriving in a special folder cannot be seen in the global folder?
