You need to setup your mail account on all your devices as either an IMAP, Exchange, Office 365 or iCloud (Non POP) account.
Most server based accounts are setup “using the automatic account wizard” at the top of eM Client accounts depending on your mailbox provider. Some have to be manually setup.
