I have two mailbox’s one is a gmail account and all email plus folders downloaded correctly.
The second mailbox I have is an Optus Account and only the inbox files download none of the other folders came into emclient - no sent items either.
the only way I have been able to download the mail in folders is to login to my optus webmail and move from a folder into my inbox and then it downloads, I then have to create a folder in emclient and move them into that. It is a tedious process as I have hundreds of mail item. Plus all my sent items have NOT downloaded.
Optus is a Pop3 acount according to the settings and the options in that are very different to the gmail account settings which is IMAP
Have you got any idea how to resolve this issue.
