Please, my client bought the EmClient Pro, your mail base has 4,5gb today to launch the program he presented the blank folders by accessing the folder identified program that he created a new mail_data.dat file with 4kb, renaming the original to mail_data.dat-bak. what can I do? I need the emails.
Hello Nathan, I’m not quite sure if I understand, if you’ve renamed the original mail-data file in your database folder, you need to replace the new file using the backed up one. But unfortunately if you’ve removed the original backup file, it is no longer possible to restore the data from the previous database file.
