Hi,

Are you using any templates or signatures using files stored on your local disk?

Also can you please provide a screenshot of the error?

The easiest way would be pressing PrintScreen, opening MS Paint and pressing Ctrl+V, then saving the file. You can then upload the image here in the reply.
