Lost tables

The program dosesn’t start anymore, because it says that it was not closed correctly, but then fails the verification and repairing of the database.

In the log is written:
eM Client (2.7.8095.0)
Windows: Microsoft Windows NT 5.1.2600 Service Pack 3, Framework: 2.0.50727.3615
The following error has occurred:
System.Data.SQLite.SQLiteException: SQLite error
no such table: mail_fti.SubjectIndex
at System.Data.SQLite.SQLite3.Prepare(SQLiteConnection cnn, String strSql, SQLiteStatement previous, UInt32 timeoutMS, String& strRemain) […]

I tried to restore from installation, then I reinstalled, but with no positive results.

you can try to create new database:

  1. Make sure the Database repair tool and eM Client are not running.
  2. If you use Vista and higher, rename C:\Users\YourUsername\AppData\Roaming\eM Client folder to e.g. eM Client.damaged, if XP rename C:\Document and Settings\YourUsername\Application Data\eM Client folder.

eM Client should start with new database and without your settings.

If you want us to take a look at corrupted database (or try to repair it)
upload all files from the folder mentioned above to ftp://support:Heslo123*@emclient.com/Databases/ (To open the ftp folder, you may e.g. copy the address to an open Windows Explorer window).
