I have setup eM Client with a password, and I’ve lost it… The program won’t let me open it, I h How can I recover it?
The only option is for you to delete the database and start again. Close eM Client and go to C:\Users\username\AppData\Roaming\ and rename or delete the eM Client folder. You may have to change your Explorer settings to view this folder.
When you open eM Client again, you will go through the account setup. If you are using IMAP or Exchange, all your emails etc will re-sync.
