Lost password and recovery

I’ve setup eM Client with a password and now it doesn’t work. The program won’t let me open it. How can I recover it?

Hi,

if you are free user then unfortunately you will have to delete database and start fresh, if you are pro user then contact me on [email protected] with this topic’s url in subject (preferably from email you have registered your pro license)

C:\Users\ current user \AppData\Roaming\

folder “eM Client” contains database.
