Lost Mail etc from Account

My eM Client account was inadvertently deleted from my computer when the latter was updated. I have reloaded eM Client, but cannot access my previous account with mail etc. What can I do?

Go to Menu > Accounts, and if your email account is not there, add it again by clicking on the Add Account button.

The account is there, but is not receiving ant mail!

Are you getting any errors?

Can you disable any anti-virus/firewall or VPN connections and try again?

Too complex for old me - I shall give up and use my TalkTalk account.
