can you please login to your mail in a browser to see, if the messages are still on the server? Thank you.
I logged in and they were all gone!. I reinstalled the software, and surprisingly I got an upgrade to a newer version… I had clicked on the choice to check for new updates, but the three times I did, it said that my software was up to date.
If the mails are not on the server, I cannot help you because I am afraid they are gone forever.
