Lost eM Client

I have lost both my eM Client facilities.  One is a paid product and the other a free.  I cannot access either programme.  I urgently need help.

The system asks me to send the following:-   System.IO.IOException: Access to the path ‘C:\Users\Ann\AppData\Roaming\eM Client’ is denied.

   at DbBackup.FormBackup.Restore(String backupFile, CancellationToken cancellationToken)

   at System.ComponentModel.BackgroundWorker.OnDoWork(DoWorkEventArgs e)

   at System.ComponentModel.BackgroundWorker.WorkerThreadStart(Object argument)

The error you posted is linked either to your antivirus SW or two eM Client processes running simultaneously. Try switching off your antivirus and if it doesn’t help, go to the Task manager and check the option of two running eM Client processes. Is so, kill the processes and restart eM Client.
