Lost default contacts after upgrading to eM 7

Hi
after upgrading to eM client 7 my default / primary account has lost ALL contacts. How do I get them back?
I have a secondary email account for GoogleMail and those contacts are there but not for my primary account.
Help please !

Got it!. Menu/ File/ Import  Import from eM Client 6

There is no option to import contacts :

Hello Alan,
what version of eM Client are you using? Can you copy the full number from Help>About section, please?
What mail account did this happen on and what mail protocol does it use? Gmail/Outlook/other? IMAP/POP/Exchange?
