My wifes computer hard drive failed and had to be replaced, fortunately I had made a recent clone of the disk. However since the computer had slowed down and I decided that a full re-install was the best option. After the re-install i copied back the user folder and re-installed the programmes, including emclient, however I cannot find the contacts file, can you help me .

eM Client database is all in “eM Client” folder in C:\Users\ current user \AppData\Roaming\
so it is not possible for it to be somewhere else unless you have changed it manually.
After reinstall have you used restore from backup or from import contacts, I was unable to find this in your information.
