Lost complete access to eMClient on PC

I click on my eM Client icon on my PC and nothing happens. I cannot access my account on my PC since upgrading

Try right clicking on the eM Client shortcut icon on your desktop and click Properties. Then enable the Administrator check box and apply.

If still won’t work try creating a new shortcut icon on your desktop or taskbar / dock.

Check your Task Manager to determine if there is an instance of eMC already running. If so, end the task and try starting eMC.
