Lost body of e-mails

Hi,

I have licenced version from 18/05/2017 and I have the latest version (8.0.3385 - 83a873c) and
I am using exchange to Office365.

Since last upgrade (11 August) I can see the body of e-mails in case they are received later than this date, but nothing in body where receiving date earlier than 11 August.

I have tried to use “download selected letters” function, but nothing.
Can I repair somehow or should I fully erase the whole software with database and reinstall it?

Under Menu > Accounts > IMAP, try checking the box for “Download messages for offline use…”

Thanks, but I dont have this menu. I am using exchange option. There is no imap settings.
